Kom Digital - Lifting digital skills in SMEs

Would you like to be one of the companies receiving a tailor-made learning process for both employees and managers with the purpose of increasing your digital solutions capabilities?

The Kom Digital project offers a learning process for small businesses in the Capital Region in a strong collaboration with among others educational institutions and unions. This cooperation will strengthen one sustainable future in the interaction between technology and humans.

In cooperation with you, we will prepare a learning course based on exactly your company's needs, challenges, potential and growth strategy.

Here is some important information:

  • The effort is free of charge but requires you to be willing to invest your time in this project with the intention of establishing increased growth in your business.

  • To enter the project, your company must be located in the Capital Region of Denmark. You must have between 10 and 250 employees.

  • The course will last for 20-75 hours

  • The effort is being carried out in cooperation with a wide range of parties, including DTU, CBS and KEA.

The purpose of this project is to increase staff and management skills in connection with digital solutions.

The continuing education concept is based on a structured course, and is built around team-based learning, where both management and key employees are included (4-5 employees).

The initiative is part of the KomDigital project, which works to increase the digitalization of small and medium-sized companies in the Capital Region of Denmark. The project is funded by the Growth Forum The Capital and is anchored in the Center for learning technology (learnT), DTU Compute. The project collaborates with a broad partner circle of 18 organizations.
